Just a few of the Labourite MP's out of the 198 MPs caught fiddling!

Harry Cohen
Labour MP lost his £65,000 Commons leaving payout yesterday after fiddling his expenses. The Leyton MP said a house 70 miles away was his main one, despite renting it out, and claimed £70,000 for homes in his East London seat. He also failed to declare his rent.

Eric Illsley
Who became the first sitting Member of Parliament to be convicted of a criminal offence in the scandal. Illsley resigned from the House of Commons on 8 February 2011, following his conviction,[3] and was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment on 10 February 2011.

Elliot Morley
The former environment minister who has admitted fiddling his expenses by £32,000, is facing the longest prison sentence of all the MPs caught up in the scandal.

Miss Moran
Who stood down as the MP for Luton South at last year’s general election, was already being investigated over claims for expenses on her second home. Miss Moran claimed £97,312 for paying her office staff. The staffing allowance maximum was £90,854, but MPs are allowed to transfer funds from a separate office allowance. She was accused of using her staff, as well as Parliamentary notepaper, to help a company partially run from her constituency office.

Jim Devine
Submitted false invoices for cleaning and printing work totalling 8,385 pounds between 2008 and 2009.

David Chaytor

Who was sentenced to 18 months in prison for falsifying his expenses claims.
